What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead MEL system design and implementation, mentor teams, strengthen data quality, and drive adaptive learning in mission-driven organizations.

I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) specialist with over eight years of hands-on experience designing and implementing MEL systems for INGOs and government partners. I build MEL frameworks, lead evaluations, design surveys, conduct data quality audits, and develop databases and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making across sectors including WASH, agriculture, youth employability, child protection, women’s empowerment, and good governance.

I have led MEL planning and implementation for USAID, DFID, USDA, Irish Aid, and AFD-funded programs, developed SOPs and Airtable-based MEL systems, supervised MEL teams, and facilitated adaptive learning through reviews and workshops. I am recognized for technical leadership, capacity building, stakeholder collaboration, and producing high-quality reports, evaluations, and learning products that inform program improvement and donor accountability.

Revised the project MEL plan (including PIRS and life-of-project MEL budget) and built an Airtable-based MEL system, improving data management, verification, and reporting for USAID approval. Trained and supervised MEL staff and partners, and facilitated quarterly reviews and data verification to support adaptive management.
