Revised the project MEL plan (including PIRS and life-of-project MEL budget) and built an Airtable-based MEL system, improving data management, verification, and reporting for USAID approval. Trained and supervised MEL staff and partners, and facilitated quarterly reviews and data verification to support adaptive management.

Designed and implemented project MEL plans aligned with donor frameworks, led midterm and final evaluations, and supervised MEL staff and consultants to ensure timely, high-quality data and reporting. Coordinated stakeholder reviews and produced learning products for visibility and donor reporting.
