What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning work that turns evidence into practical decisions for governments, donors, and programme teams.

I've led MEL systems and evidence generation for Anza Entrepreneurs and Wezesha in Tanzania, including Afya Maoni, a digital health programme whose pilot evaluation supported scale-up to 12 regions. I strengthen theories of change, results frameworks, monitoring systems, and field data-collection processes.

Previously at SoCha and SOLS Foundation, I managed multi-country USAID and Feed the Future research and learning work, led teams across Africa and Asia-Pacific, and built dashboards that reduced reporting time by 60%. I turn quantitative and qualitative evidence into practical recommendations for donors, governments, and programme teams.
