As a Community Development Officer, I facilitate community-driven development programs focusing on poverty alleviation, education, and service access. I collaborate with stakeholders to design sustainable projects, conduct training on participatory development, and monitor the impact of community initiatives aligned with SDGs.

In my role as an intern, I supported project planning and implementation for community development initiatives. I facilitated workshops, provided technical support for monitoring and evaluation, and assisted in drafting rural development strategies.

As a Junior Researcher, I supported various research activities including data collection and analysis, literature reviews, and report writing. I maintained research databases and participated in research meetings to discuss findings and progress.

In my role as a Field Officer, I provided technical and administrative support for project planning and evaluation. I monitored hybrid seed performance and coordinated participatory performance monitoring with stakeholders.

As an Assistant M&E Advisor, I led baseline surveys and provided technical support for M&E activities. I developed data collection tools and managed performance data, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.

Studied Rural Development, focusing on project planning, data collection, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. Gained skills and experience working with various organizations in the field of rural production systems and agricultural economics.
