At Elsevier, I built and own authentication and authorization for an enterprise identity platform serving approximately 5M monthly active users across 8 languages. I migrated 37 applications from legacy login, including 20 external customer-facing products, and consolidated 6,286 duplicate accounts.

I raised activation success from 66% to 84% by simplifying OTP registration and password-reset journeys, informed by user research, Adobe Analytics and Tableau dashboards. I also delivered IP-based registration across three squads and drove security and accessibility improvements.

Before Elsevier, I owned SaaS, web and mobile app products at Triosoft Technologies, then held product and strategy roles at Axis Trustee Services (Axis Bank), Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank. In 2024, I covered people management for a year, with four product managers reporting to me.
