What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end network, security, and systems integration projects where I can combine hands-on technical execution with team leadership, client engagement, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.

At TESLA Tecnologías, I lead large-scale enterprise and public-sector infrastructure deployments across Ecuador, combining project leadership with hands-on technical delivery.

I configure enterprise networks, routers, firewalls, switches, Dell and HP servers, Linux management nodes, and Python automation pipelines from the ground up.

I've directed multidisciplinary teams of up to 50 members and managed public and private contracts valued up to $5M USD, from requirements and architecture through commissioning and handover.

My work includes integrated CCTV, VMS, access control, alarms, and fire safety deployments for organizations including the Central Bank of Ecuador, EMOV EP, CSC Cuenca, and municipal operations hubs.
