I have also led TIC operations and supported electoral technology services for Ecuador's Consejo Nacional Electoral.
My background includes wireless ISP quality-of-service implementation, Cisco and MikroTik VPN configuration, Panasonic telephone systems, GNU/Linux server administration, backup servers, shell scripting, and point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links. I've worked across Ecuador and Argentina, including roles at Gigacomp, Luna Volcán Adventure SPA, and as an independent IT Manager.
