At SIMED, I led end-to-end implementation of Laboratory Information System software across clinical environments. I integrated the system with diagnostic equipment, delivered user training, and provided Level 2/3 support.
At Red de Servicios Facilito, I directed SLA compliance strategy and streamlined workflows to reduce average incident response time. I also supervised support agents and implemented SGSI controls and internal audits.
