I am a seasoned Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience managing IT and Telecom projects. My career has been marked by my ability to lead multicultural and bilingual teams, both in-office and remotely. I have a proven track record of successfully implementing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet all objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.

Throughout my career, I have managed various project phases, including Software Deployment, Network Implementation, Design, Quality Assurance, and Managed Services for mobile and fixed operators across Latin America. My expertise in PMP, Agile techniques, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Power BI has enabled me to establish a PMO from scratch, significantly enhancing project delivery efficiency.

I hold certifications in PMP, AGILE, SCRUM, DevOps, ITIL, OKRs, and AI, which complement my technical skills in managing complex projects involving Core Cloud 5G/IMS/PS, Transport, and wireless technologies. I am fluent in Spanish and have professional proficiency in English, allowing me to communicate effectively in diverse environments.
