What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level Desktop Support role where I can apply troubleshooting and communication skills, handle ticketing and remote support tasks, and keep building technical expertise through real-world assistance.

I’m an administrative professional moving into IT Support, bringing a track record of handling operational issues with clear communication and careful documentation.

I’ve built practical IT fundamentals through hands-on work: installing and configuring Raspberry Pi, setting up SSH and Samba (SMB) file sharing, and mounting external HDD storage for a home server/NAS setup.

I’ve also trained service desk workflows by creating and managing simulated service desk tickets using Spiceworks and an AI call from “servicedesk-simulator,” then practicing troubleshooting, fixing, and documenting service/help desk issues.

I hold CompTIA A+ and I’m currently progressing toward CompTIA Network+—and I’m actively seeking an entry-level Desktop Support role where I can apply my troubleshooting and communication skills while continuing to expand my technical expertise.
