I am a Senior L2/L3 Application and Platform Support Engineer with 9+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications and production environments.

At Accenture, I provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications and platforms, handling production incidents, application and integration troubleshooting, log analysis, deployments, database activities, release validation, and post-deployment support. I work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to investigate complex issues, restore services, and maintain application reliability.

More recently, I have expanded my experience into enterprise GenAI platform operations, supporting a customized GenAI platform running in Kubernetes environments. My hands-on responsibilities include Linux-based troubleshooting, Kubernetes/EKS deployments, Docker image updates, YAML configuration changes, pod monitoring, PostgreSQL activities, and production validation.

Earlier in my career, I served as a Major Incident Lead, coordinating response to high-impact production incidents. In my current role, I provide hands-on L2/L3 platform support and have contributed to workload migration to Amazon EKS.

I also have experience developing PowerShell and UiPath automations that reduced manual support effort by approximately 200 minutes per day and shortened recurring processes from around 1.5 hours to 15 minutes.

My background combines enterprise application support, production operations, troubleshooting, automation, and growing expertise in cloud and GenAI platforms.
