I’m a results-driven IT professional with 10+ years in Linux systems administration and 4+ years deploying and managing cloud platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP. I focus on building dependable environments through strong OS build/configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

In my current work at DXC Technology, I deliver 24/7 enterprise technical support and help ensure high availability for application servers, clusters, and infrastructure resources. I lead system performance analysis, health checks, and incident/change/problem management using HPSM and ServiceNow.

I also oversee server configuration, release management, virtualization with VMware, and disaster recovery exercises to safeguard mission-critical systems. I take ownership of accounts and support engineering projects by managing and optimizing cloud platforms, including configuration performance tuning.

I bring automation and delivery discipline through IaC provisioning with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, and configuration management with Ansible. Earlier, I supported electronic discovery platforms and CRM systems, and began my career administering Linux-based Asterisk systems with a strong emphasis on uptime, monitoring, and onsite client service.
