I'm looking to lead country, regional, or multi-site operations where I can improve P&L performance, scale teams, strengthen customer experience, and deliver commercial transformation across hospitality, real estate, retail, travel, or lifestyle services.

I'm Managing Director at Ligion Trading Limited / Olymp Luxury Villas in Cyprus, directing strategy, commercial performance, investment priorities, service operations, and brand development across a premium real estate and lifestyle-services portfolio. I led the acquisition and integration of three properties valued at approximately €7M.

I repositioned the business for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients through partnerships, upgraded service standards, targeted sales channels, and bespoke customer propositions. I oversee budgeting, pricing, vendors, staffing, customer experience, and growth initiatives to improve occupancy, rates, and market visibility.

Across Cyprus, Europe, and North Africa, I've led multi-site retail, real estate, travel, and hospitality operations with full P&L accountability. At Club Aldiana, I improved P&L performance by 16% and increased customer satisfaction by 27.6% in Djerba and 22.2% in Fuerteventura.

I build accountable teams, standardise operations, and use data to improve commercial decisions, quality, and service delivery. My experience includes leading workforces of 250+ employees and operating ecosystems of up to 650 people.
