What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or advise international operations, logistics, aviation, supply chain, and commercial growth initiatives where I can build teams, optimise processes, develop strategic partnerships, and scale sustainable cross-border businesses.

I've built and scaled international logistics, consulting, aviation, and commercial operations across Europe, Eastern Europe, CIS countries, and other global markets. As Founder and Managing Director of PW GLOBE, I held full responsibility for strategy, finance, compliance, negotiations, operations, customer acquisition, and organisational growth.

I have negotiated and managed transportation, logistics, and commercial agreements exceeding €100 million, while leading supply chain optimisation programmes that reduced costs by up to 20%. My work includes cross-border logistics, customs compliance, freight forwarding, procurement, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
