I am a Senior Officer with six years' experience in banking and financial services, focused on credit and debit card operations. I have worked in both captive and service organizations, including YES BANK and Citibank, where I advanced from associate roles into operations and supervisory positions.

At YES BANK I managed end-to-end credit card payment processes across channels, handled autopay cycles, lien marking/release, fee reversals, excess balance refunds and internal audits, while leading a team of six and delivering consistent on-time outputs.

I transitioned to a VKYC role auditing video KYC for online credit card applications, verifying PAN and agent interactions to ensure compliance. Previously at Citibank and Avon Global Solutions I handled debit card back-end processes, deliverables management, vendor coordination, reconciliations and MIS reporting.

I am a hardworking, punctual team player with an M.Sc. in Statistics, strong process training experience, and a proven record of reducing errors and improving operational quality.
