What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead ISO 9001-aligned quality work, run internal and third-party audits, and drive continuous improvement—using practical process engineering, structured reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

I’m a result-oriented Quality Management System Officer who implements, monitors, and maintains an organization’s Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. I’ve managed QMS third-party audits, coordinating customer and certification body assessments, and translating findings into corrective actions and process efficiency improvements.

In parallel, I coordinate continuous improvement initiatives through CPAG programs, supporting efforts such as 8S, SGA, and Quality Committed Circle. I’m hands-on with internal audits and process assessments, identifying gaps and recommending actions that strengthen performance and quality.

My background also includes process engineering in healthcare—designing standardized workflows, conducting Time and Motion Studies, and working with cross-functional teams to address process gaps. Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in quality assurance, document control, and occupational health and safety compliance, and I continue to build capability with tools like Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt).
