I am a chemical engineer with hands-on experience in laboratory, in-process quality, and semi-finished production process roles within manufacturing and medical-device environments. I have led laboratory teams, supervised shift operations, and performed internal audits to maintain process control and product integrity.

My background includes conducting validation activities, risk identification and mitigation, first-piece inspections, EO gas chamber sterilization validation, and maintaining QA records. I contributed to continuous improvement initiatives and provided guidance for critical issue resolution to uphold KPIs and customer satisfaction.
