In my recent role, I managed inbound/outbound patient calls to assist with appointments, insurance inquiries, and follow-ups. I scheduled and coordinated appointments to support timely care delivery, and I handled patient escalations with empathy to resolve concerns and maintain satisfaction.

I processed prior authorizations and verified insurance eligibility to help reduce treatment delays. I maintained accurate patient records in DrChrono (EHR) and WRS, ensured proper documentation, and coordinated referrals with insurance providers for coverage and approvals.

I also managed Medical Records Requests (MRR), coordinating with healthcare facilities to ensure timely delivery of patient records and services. Previously, as a Customer Service Representative for a healthcare account, I helped members with coverage, billing, and prescription drug plan inquiries, and I investigated claim issues while delivering sensitive, empathetic support.
