I'm looking to join a professional team where I can develop my skills, work with the public, and contribute to excellent customer service.

I've supported the daily management of a family retail business since 2020, serving customers, processing payments, organizing products, and resolving questions efficiently.

Across curricular internships during secondary school, I've worked directly with people of different ages while strengthening my communication, adaptability, teamwork, and ability to follow procedures. I'm beginning an online degree in International Relations and want to contribute to a professional team that delivers excellent service.
