As a Sales Representative at Signature Bags (2021–present), I greet and engage customers to create a welcoming environment and help them find products that suit their needs. I handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, stay informed about products for accurate pricing and availability, and work to meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

I also support the store’s presentation and operations by ensuring displays are visually appealing and meet brand standards. I operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including processing refunds, returns, and exchanges, while keeping shelves organized and replenished.

Previously, I worked as a Sales Assistant at CVJ’S Baby Treasures (November 2019–December 2021), where I great and acknowledge new and old customers. I upsell and cross sell products to maximize revenue, maintain cleanliness and order in the sales area, monitor stock levels, and keep records of sales and customer follow-up—also contacting customers and facilitating delivery of orders.
