I’m a reliable, detail-oriented administration professional with Grade 12 and further studies in accounting and internal auditing. I bring hands-on experience in data capturing, verification, record keeping, and stock and account reconciliation, always working within structured procedures and policies.

In my recent role as an Assistant Bookkeeper, I captured, verified, and recorded financial and stock-related transactions in line with procedures. I maintained complete records electronically and on paper, reconciled accounts regularly by comparing system reports to source documents, and resolved discrepancies while processing transaction documents, journal entries, and payments.

I’m computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Sheets, Pastel, and Sage to track data, compile clear management reports, and support my team— including training new employees on record-keeping procedures.
