What I'm looking for
I’m an administration and finance professional who enjoys keeping work accurate, controlled, and compliant. I’m re-entering the workforce after taking some time to take care of my children, and I’m motivated to contribute to your organization.
In my current role as an Administration Clerk, I handle GRN of all delivery notes and support the Finance Manager with creditors. I also assist with audits and help with accruals and costs, ensuring financial controls are adhered to.
Earlier, as a Financial Claims Administrator, I administered day-to-day claim payments and performed documentation verification and VAT compliance. I handled bordereaux submission and worked closely with the Head of Insurance Finance to improve financial controls within my area.
I’ve also built a strong accounting foundation through roles including Assistant Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. I’ve managed PAYE (SARS) and VAT (SARS), completed IRP 5 reconciliation, supported Trial Balance bookkeeping, prepared financial statements and customer statements, and handled supplier invoice follow-ups and reconciliations.
