I am a strategic HR Business Partner with eight years of experience supporting global organizations including Philips, Dell Technologies, and Mars. My focus areas are employee relations, workplace investigations, talent and succession planning, leadership coaching, and change management, and I am known as a trusted advisor who leaders rely on to navigate their most complex and sensitive people matters.

At Philips, I own a caseload of 170+ complex employee relations matters across North America, from harassment and discrimination investigations through disciplinary action and policy interpretation. I designed a standardized case documentation framework that was adopted across my team and reduced case-handling time by 29%, and my partnership with leaders, Legal, and Employee Relations drove a 71% increase in stakeholder satisfaction. Earlier, at Mars, I managed succession planning in Workday for all director-level leaders and above, led an internship program that converted 100% of its class to full-time hires, and lifted engagement scores by 37%. At Dell, I designed and launched the enterprise learning program MARC, delivering 110 workshops to more than 8,000 employees and training over 500 facilitators, including 105 executives.

I hold a B.S. in Human Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Management from Wake Forest University. I am also an active daily user of AI as a working tool, which I bring into how I document, analyze, and improve HR processes.

Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors for Retrieving Independence, a Nashville nonprofit that trains service dogs in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Correction, and I previously served on the board of Foresight Ski Guides, an adaptive skiing nonprofit in Vail. I am passionate about accessibility and adaptive sports, partly through my own decade-plus partnership with my guide dog, Java. I am Nashville-based and most energized by roles where I can combine sound judgment, strong relationships, and a genuine care for people with measurable business impact.
