In my current role as a Senior Operations Analyst (VP level) at Absa Bank, I lead workforce strategy, contract governance, and financial oversight for 1,000+ resources across 10+ countries. I own end-to-end vendor and contract governance across SOW and T&M models, ensure SLA compliance, and deliver 100% budget compliance using SAP S/4HANA and Coupa through proactive cost tracking and variance analysis.
