I am a dedicated and ambitious HR professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management with honors in Human Resources at XIM University. With a CGPA of 9.00, I have developed a strong foundation in HR principles and practices. My hands-on experience as a Human Resource Intern at TRL Krosaki Refractories allowed me to gain valuable insights into industrial relations and HR operations, where I conducted a Training Need Analysis and presented key findings to management.
