What I'm looking for
I’m a Network Support Technician and administration professional with experience supporting banking technology in regulated environments. I focus on accurate, dependable follow-through—helping users, resolving connectivity and service issues, and keeping operations on schedule.
In my current role, I provide phone and remote technical support for connectivity, wireless, and service-related problems. I troubleshoot using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Cisco-based environments, support user access needs (including password issues), and coordinate escalations while maintaining strong ticket documentation.
Previously, I supported Cisco network operations by monitoring alarms and device status, and I worked in data center operations with a production focus on system monitoring and operational awareness. Earlier, I served as an IT Administrator at Grand Savings Bank, supporting core banking systems with Jack Henry tools, audit documentation, backups (IBM TS3100), and process accuracy.
