I am a hospitality professional with hands-on luxury guest service experience at Pendry Hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, and Montecito Inn, where I delivered high-touch arrival experiences, coordinated front-of-house operations, and trained new team members to uphold brand standards.
