What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Account Manager or Account Executive role in HR technology, SaaS, or professional services—where deep HR domain knowledge and commercial instinct help me deliver tailored solutions and long-term client growth.

I’m a people-focused Account Manager with 20+ years of direct sales experience and 10+ years of strategic HR leadership. I build and sustain long-term client relationships by understanding complex organisational needs and translating them into tailored solutions.

As Founding CEO of my HR consulting practice (EHR FewPeople (Pty) Ltd), I’ve been responsible for client acquisition, end-to-end account management, proposal writing, and service delivery. I run needs analyses to scope bespoke HR solutions (from HR strategy to payroll management and compliance), negotiate agreements independently, and retain clients through consistent delivery and proactive relationship management.

I also bring “domain expertise for HR tech sales” through multiple HR leadership roles as a Head of Department, including HR strategy, employee relations, payroll, HRIS management, and reporting. I’m now seeking a remote Account Manager or Account Executive role in HR technology, SaaS, or professional services where my commercial instinct and HR knowledge directly create client value.
