At Quandel Enterprises, LLC, I lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Cornerstone OnDemand Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, and Succession modules. I coordinate configuration, communications, training, and adoption across the organization.
I also build and administer the learning management program, develop career paths and succession-planning processes, and manage the companywide internship program. This work supports employee development and strengthens internal talent pipelines.
Previously, as Talent Experience Partner at Quandel Enterprises, LLC, I redesigned and implemented a standardized onboarding program across multiple operating companies. Earlier recruiting roles included sourcing and placing candidates for information technology, retail, gaming, and staffing needs.
