I'm looking to lead HR, business control, and workforce transformation where I can reduce risk, protect margins, strengthen compliance, and build predictable operations for sustainable growth.

I've led HR transformation, business control, and compliance for Smart Home Realty Development Group, East DSK Contracting, DGM Investment, Polyclinic.ae, and 11+ UAE companies, supporting 400–600 employees. I rebuilt workforce models, stabilized payroll and HR systems, introduced KPI-based performance systems, and conducted 10,000+ interviews while hiring executive, agent, and blue-collar roles.

Previously, I led HR for Al Masah Capital Management’s diversified investment group and delivered AED 1M+ in cost savings, 20% productivity growth, and 50% retention improvement.
