What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HR strategy and people operations where I can build scalable talent, performance, compliance, and workforce programs that support organizational growth.

I've led HR operations and built people functions across AZCO Real Estate Brokers, Descon Engineering, and Weatherford throughout MENA. At AZCO, I developed HR strategy from scratch, established policies and archives, and implemented the Bayzat HR system.

At Weatherford, I managed Iraq HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, global mobility, performance management, benefits, compliance, and recruitment. I championed the Variable Pay System rollout across MENA and SSA, saving Weatherford more than USD $150 million annually in paper costs.

I bring hands-on experience in talent management, succession planning, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR audits, and workforce development. I've also delivered localization hiring for the Nextgen Iraq program and work confidently with SAP, HRMS systems, Bayzat, Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
