What I'm looking for

I'm looking to partner with leadership to scale operations, improve margins, strengthen commercial execution, and build the planning, governance, and performance systems needed for sustainable growth.

I've partnered directly with CEOs to build the operating discipline behind profitable growth, most recently leading operations at Curotec and global business operations at Wursta.

At Wursta, I standardized pricing and deal economics to drive a 128% year-over-year increase in services revenue and a 22% lift in services margin. I also operationalized LATAM and UKI, implemented Salesforce CPQ, strengthened sales-to-delivery handoffs, and established the company’s first annual planning and OKR cadence.

At Curotec, I owned the client lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery across global teams. I introduced the company’s first pricing model, improved average deal margin by 12%, increased billable utilization by seven points, and deployed AI-enabled workflows that cut proposal turnaround by three days and contract review by one week.

Earlier, I led enterprise transformation at DTCC, Deloitte New Zealand, and Kaplan, including Kaplan’s 28,000-employee Google Workspace rollout and approximately $1M in savings through procurement and license optimization. I bring stakeholders together around clear decisions, practical governance, and measurable execution.
