What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate people, operations and governance systems in a mission-driven, inclusive organisation that values workplace wellbeing, remote global collaboration and people-centred culture.

At Trócaire Zimbabwe, I coordinate organisational systems, workflows and team administration for a 29-person country office within an internationally connected humanitarian organisation. I manage calendars, meetings, deadlines and information flow across remote, globally distributed teams.

I lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff development while building an inclusive, people-centred culture. I established a staff wellness committee, standardised five core processes, rolled out HRIS and IT systems, and supervise a seven-person support team.

My experience also includes finance, administration, facilities management and executive support at One Four Nine Financial Services, FaiMinistries Borrowdale Church and BlueGolDrilling. I bring hands-on governance, vendor contract, records management and data protection experience, supported by an MCom in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance.
