I'm looking for a role where I can lead high-volume AR and order-to-cash operations, resolve complex billing issues, partner across teams, and improve collection performance, accuracy, and process efficiency.

At Novartis Pharmaceuticals, I oversee full-cycle accounts receivable for North American wholesale portfolios exceeding $3B. I accelerate collections, resolve disputes, process critical invoice adjustments, and maintain accurate AR records across complex accounts.
