I'm looking to continue improving accounts receivable operations through accurate billing, collections, reconciliation, cash application, reporting, and cross-functional problem-solving.

I've supported accounts receivable operations at Genpact, Advantage Solutions, Infinite Herbs, and Passion Growers, managing billing, invoice review, collections, cash application, account reconciliation, AR aging, and financial reporting. I use Microsoft AX, SAP, Excel, QuickBooks, Vida18, EDI invoicing, and client payment portals to investigate discrepancies and keep revenue reporting accurate.

I've revamped AR procedures, built tracking spreadsheets, processed credit memos and adjustments, researched deductions and commission statements, and partnered with finance, sales, logistics, cash application, and market leadership teams to resolve payment issues and improve receivables tracking.
