What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote chat or customer support role where I can resolve customer questions quickly, manage issues calmly, and use my independent, customer-first approach.

I've run RZ Afbouw & Steigers as the sole client contact, managing inquiries, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, and after-service follow-up. I communicate daily by phone, WhatsApp, and email to resolve issues and adapt plans quickly.

I also built and operated ElectroKids on Shopify, handling customer questions, reviews, product listings, and customer-experience improvements. I'm looking to bring my organized, customer-first approach to a remote chat or customer support role.
