At TESVOLT AG, I introduce and administer Jamf for Mac environments, including policies, software distribution, updates, and lifecycle management.
I also administer Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory, with a focus on endpoint management, user access, and security policies.
In my current role, I support hardware lifecycles and onboarding and offboarding, and administer SharePoint, VoIP, and workstations. I use Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, and Rubrik for system deployment, virtualization, backup, and recovery.
Previously, I supported IT workplaces and systems at AGGREKO DEUTSCHLAND GMBH, handling incidents, service requests, rollouts, changes, and migrations. At SMARTENGINEERS, on behalf of AUTOS IT SOLUTIONS GMBH, I developed strategies to improve IT infrastructure efficiency and system reliability.
