What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own multi-channel customer communications, build clear messaging, and run crisis-ready support. I want to collaborate cross-functionally, improve processes with feedback and competitor insights, and continuously raise service quality.

I’m a dynamic, dedicated Communications Specialist with extensive experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. I’m known for crafting clear, concise, effective messages that protect brand reputation and support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Since January 2022, I’ve managed customer communication for internal and external audiences by developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies. I monitor and respond to social media inquiries on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and I provide customer communications through email and live chat with prompt, accurate responses.

I also strengthen communications during challenging moments by implementing crisis communication plans and providing de-escalation support for customer complaints and inquiries. I regularly analyze competitors’ content performance and use the insights to improve marketing and communication efforts, while collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, HR, and product development.

Earlier, as an Office Specialist and Office Manager at FIU, I supported faculty, staff, and advising operations through administrative and customer service work. I handled recruiting and orientation, developed and implemented office policies, managed data confidentiality, and created reports, presentations, and documentation to keep teams operating smoothly.
