I’m a dynamic, dedicated Communications Specialist with extensive experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. Since January 2022, I’ve managed customer communication for internal and external audiences by developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
