Beyond conversion, I helped tighten the end-to-end experience by improving fulfillment and post-checkout execution, raising fulfillment rates from 65% to 87% and reducing turnaround time from 16 hours to 5 hours through cross-functional work across UX, risk, analytics, and operations.
