I am a Bachelor’s Degree graduate in International Relations with hands-on experience in customer service and seasonal operations. I draw on my education and practical roles to support organizational goals and customer satisfaction.

At Purin Kimya I worked as a Customer Representative, communicating with customers, addressing requests, handling complaints, and offering solutions to improve satisfaction. I also gained practical blue-collar experience in packaging during a summer placement at Doğa Logistics.

I am proficient in Turkish (native) and English (advanced), comfortable using MS Office and MS Excel, and hold a driver's license. My references include certified public accountants familiar with my work ethic.
