I’m an MBA candidate specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing, with hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics. In my HR Operations Trainee role at Nagarro Software Pvt. Ltd., I managed HR support for 50+ weekly employee queries on reimbursements and allowances, and I processed travel & per diem claims with 100% compliance to company policy.

I also partnered with HR Business Partners to optimize the query-management workflow and helped prepare employee engagement reports and HR dashboards using Excel. Alongside HR, I bring a communication edge from my Content Writer Intern experience at Navera Foundation, creating content aligned with organizational strategy.
