What I'm looking for

I'm seeking HR Operations or HR Generalist opportunities where I can contribute through structured execution, employee support, process coordination, and employee lifecycle management.

At BeyondWalls Technologies, I supported HR operations for a 500+ employee organisation, managing employee records and lifecycle processes for 200+ employees through Keka HRMS. I coordinated onboarding for 20+ employees, supported attendance, reimbursements, employee documentation, and PAN and UAN registrations.

I've contributed to policy review by drafting an approved Data Protection Policy and reworking Terms of Employment, while gaining exposure to exit interviews, retention discussions, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR analytics. Through leadership roles at CHRIST University and NIPM, I also coordinate teams, stakeholder requirements, media plans, and timely execution.
