What I'm looking for

I seek a full-time role where I can lead training and program initiatives, drive operational improvements, mentor teams, and contribute to inclusive, mission-driven work environments.

I am a results-driven trainer and marketing manager with extensive experience leading programs across public and private sectors. I design and facilitate DEI and operational trainings, create engaging learning materials, and coach learners at all levels.

In program analyst and managerial roles I developed presentations and reports for senior leadership, evaluated policies and grant effectiveness, and implemented systems to streamline data processing and compliance. I manage sensitive information with discretion and a focus on accuracy.

As a marketing and operations leader I built referral and retention programs that increased revenue, conducted market research to identify growth, and mentored staff in sales, service, and relationship management. I also oversaw day-to-day retail and studio operations, scheduling, budgeting, and event planning.

I bring strong presentation, communication, and team leadership skills, a learner-centric facilitation style, and a demonstrated ability to drive long-term results through process improvement, training, and strategic outreach.
