I’m a Virtual Assistant focused on Email Marketing, with hands-on experience using Klaviyo, MailerLite, Shopify, Canva, and Google Workspace.

I enjoy the part of the work where things need to be figured out, organised, and actually done — whether that’s setting up an email flow, organising customer data, researching competitors, preparing campaign content, or keeping the admin side under control.

I’ve built practical projects around Klaviyo and Shopify, including email flows, forms, customer properties, follow-up sequences, and a live Shopify store. I also have experience with market research, competitor research, data entry, email and calendar management, and creating clear business documents.

I’m still growing my skills, especially in Klaviyo and e-commerce, but I’m the kind of person who likes to learn by doing. If something is new to me, I’ll figure it out, test it, and make sure I understand it before handing it over.

I’m looking to work with clients who need someone reliable behind the scenes — someone who can take a task, understand what needs to be done, and get on with it without making things unnecessarily complicated.
