At FACTUM, I directed Controlling, Transformation, and PMO, leading company-wide work on process automation, the strategic plan, and the balanced scorecard. I also led the design and development of the internal ERP with artificial intelligence tools.
At ENTELGY INNOTEC, I managed controlling and finance, reported financial results to the Management Committee using Power BI, and led operational improvement plans. Earlier, at TELEFÓNICA INGENIERÍA DE SEGURIDAD, I managed the Operations Implementation team and led projects across security technology and special projects; I also taught MBA and Controlling master's courses at UNIR.
