What I'm looking for

I am particularly interested in COO, Operations Director, Business Transformation Director, Strategic Initiatives or similar executive-level roles in companies undergoing growth, transformation, integration or organizational change.I am open to fully remote or hybrid positions based in Spain, preferably with an international environment.

At Grup Creu Groga, I designed and implemented the Group’s analytical accounting system and corporate management dashboard, integrating financial and operational information from all five centers. I also led the implementation of the corporate ERP (SAGE 200) and integrated healthcare information system.

As Operations Director at Instituto Médico Privado, I monitor financial performance across business units and healthcare partners, and designed dashboards by center, specialty, and healthcare professional. I currently provide coordination and management support for 25 physicians and 3 administrative/support staff.

Across healthcare organizations including Hospital Delfos, Sant Cebrià Serveis Assistencials, Sodexo, Sanitas Residencial, and MútuaTerrassa, I’ve worked on budgeting, operational improvement, and organizational management. My experience also includes supporting due diligence, managing center operations, and achieving and maintaining quality certifications.
