I’m looking for a role in project management, cost control, or any operational team where to apply my experience in leading teams, improving processes, and managing budgets.

I’m open to remote roles with international teams, as well as opportunities to relocate abroad, particularly to Australia

At Allianz Partners, I’ve led a 20-person multidisciplinary team to implement a global operating model and standardize workflows for critical assistance services. I’ve managed the project budget, estimated savings, and addressed risks and deviations from planned costs and timeline.

I’ve also oversaw the automation of supplier payment and client invoicing helping reduce processing time around 50%). I’ve prepared weekly progress weekly reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and participated in reporting and coordination meeting with international teams.
