I’m a Service Delivery Manager with an MBA in HR & Finance, and I build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent service delivery and clear communication. I focus on “customer satisfaction” by ensuring the right services at optimal levels.
From November 2020 to June 2021 at IndusInd Bank, I worked directly with clients to maintain day-to-day operations, manage “Cash & Cheque manangement,” and verify documents before processing transactions. I also supported revenue growth by determining goals for cross-selling bank products and performing sales through job portals and social media platforms.
Earlier, I worked as an Executive Recruiter at 2COMS Consulting Pvt Ltd., where I proactively engaged potential candidates, evaluated resumes, ran phone screens and aptitude tests, and scheduled interviews with hiring managers. I also completed a training internship at a CA firm (PARSHVM), strengthening my foundation in accounts/ bookkeeping, TDS return and return filing preparation, and vouching.
