In my client verification and banking operations work as a VKYC Maker, I conduct thorough client verification by cross-checking information and recording video, while also verifying documents and maintaining accurate client data. I support compliance through diligent checks, including AML and banking product processes, and I contribute by drafting Red Flag Reports and prepping for annual RBI Audit activities.
I’ve also built operational breadth through experience as an HR Executive, supporting staffing for peak seasons by coordinating candidates through screening, background checks, biometrics, and scheduling. I collate and systematically log data, and complete special checks for airport locations—balancing speed with accuracy under real business pressure.
