I’m looking for a consulting/analytics role where I can drive measurable cost and operations improvements—using Excel, Power BI, Python, and optimization—to build scalable SOPs, pricing tools, and supply-chain execution.

I’m a Strategy Consultant with hands-on experience improving profitability through P&L analysis, benchmarking, and pricing/SOP solutioning. At Miebach Consulting, I supported EBITDA improvement for a logistics organization—driving savings of 70 Mn ARR—while contributing to 2+ RFQs through decision tools and process enhancements that reduced TAT.

I’ve also delivered measurable operational impact in supply and energy use, benchmarking energy consumption across refrigeration, packaging, and losses to cut energy from 11 to 10.2 kWh/hL at AB InBev. Through strategy & operations work at Wheelocity and data-driven projects like inventory optimization using Python and optimization solvers (Gurobi/CPLEX), I consistently turn complex inputs into practical execution.
