At Miebach Consulting, I developed a future-demand-led network strategy for a leading Indian QSR chain, identifying ~₹20 crore in supply chain savings while improving service levels by ~10%. I also built an Excel-based network model for quick-commerce demand and identified 40% inventory reduction potential for an Indian power-generating PSU.

At Bain & Company, I developed an Alteryx workflow for a major US retail client that unlocked $65–70M in potential savings through lower stock and improved sales. I also designed seven inventory segments for approximately 250 stores to support long-term segmentation and safety-stock adjustments.

My Bain projects also included identifying ~$60M in raw-material sourcing savings for a personal care company and developing a greenfield network scenario for a construction chemicals company. As an Analyst – Supply Chain, I created a transportation cost model comparing China and Mexico shipping options, and identified potential inventory reductions of $120M for a global tech hardware company.

I studied Production & Industrial Engineering at Jadavpur University. During my internship at NTPC Ltd., I analyzed coal lead time and operational factors to improve the efficiency of fuel supply to the power plant.
